The Menlo Group has an impressive track record of successfully completed contracts. Since 1974 the group has completed more than 580 contracts of which more than 360 were for the same client. Contracts completed are of a varied nature and include, inter alia, offices, water and wastewater treatment works, bulk water supply and reticulation, reservoirs, pumping installations, roads, houses complete with infrastructure, repair and maintenance of multi-storey buildings and civil structures, mechanical works and road construction. Clients include the Central Government Departments of Public Works, Justice, Correctional Services, Defence etc, the National Zoological Gardens, the District Municipality of Nkangala, Johannesburg Water, various municipalities, mines and property developers.
