GUBHA CONSTRUCTION cc

In 1994, in line with the policies of the Government and in accordance with the affirmative policies of Menlo Construction (Pty) Ltd, it was decided by the Directors of Menlo Construction to create a new company to provide an opportunity for those employees who had been loyal to the company for many years. This led to the registration of Gubha Construction cc .

The backgrounds of the previously disadvantaged individuals, who are shareholders and / or directors of Gubha Construction are as follows:

- Joined Menlo Construction at Ladysmith in 1979 as a labourer.
- Presently: Senior Foreman - Pipelines

- Joined Menlo Construction at Delmas in 2004
- Presently: Manager Human Resources 

MG Ramaphakela

- Joined Menlo Construction at Delmas in 1988 as a Pipe layer. 
- Presently: Foreman - Pipelines 

SP Mkhondo

- Joined Menlo Construction at Delmas in 1991 as a driver.
- Presently: Transport Manager 

CL Morole

- Joined Menlo Construction at Kliptown in 2003 as a pipe layer. 
- Presently: Foreman - Pipelines
